Job Description
As an Experlogix Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of configurator implementation projects to our customers. You will leverage your creativity and logical skills to build complex sales, service and manufacturing configurator applications for a wide variety of industries, and will develop strong relationships with customer business, IT and engineering personnel to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Assignments range from end-user product training to turnkey solutions involving requirements analysis, design, configurator setup, user acceptance testing and deployment. You will work with state-of-the- art technologies and tools, and have a unique opportunity to truly dazzle your clients by creating visually rich and compelling configurator applications.
Location: Salt Lake City preferred, but all US locations will be considered. United States residents only.
Travel: 25 - 50 percent, including opportunities for international travel.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have demonstrated work experience that includes some of the following skill set and experience:
- 2+ years consulting and training background (experience implementing complex product configuration environments a plus) or extensive end-user experience with a product configurator. Recent college graduates with technical degrees will also be considered
- Familiarity of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP product suite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and SQL
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to logically understand, organize and transform detailed Microsoft Excel and/or Access product specifications
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and data structures (including BOMs and routings)
- Detail oriented, demonstrated ability in problem solving
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Experience creating statement of work documents
- High energy, self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills
Salary: Highly competitive salary offered commensurate with experience.

Job Description
As an Experlogix Technical Support Specialist, you will provide responsive technical guidance and support to our customers. You will leverage your excellent customer service and communication skills with your technical background and expertise to provide timely and knowledgeable customer support.

Job Requirements
Candidates must have demonstrated work experience that includes a combination of the following skill set and experience:
- 2 or more years of experience working in a technical support role or function
- Detail oriented, demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
- Customer focused with a drive for excellent customer satisfaction

Director, Business Development
Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new business of our industry-leading product configurator solution. Working with our reselling partners, duties will include:
- Perform custom and standard presales demonstrations to partners, end-users and Microsoft community online or on-site
- Become fluent with the Experlogix Configurator
- Recruit new Dynamics partners (via phone calls, direct mail, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and Microsoft executives
- Expand and acquire new relationships with Microsoft Dynamics executives
- Close business with end-user prospects
Travel: 25-30%
Salary: Competitive base plus commission
Desired Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated work experience that includes the following skill set:
- 3+ years software technology sales experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP product suite (NetSuite a plus)
- Superb software presentation skills
- High energy, self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

To be considered for this position you must have 2 years of demonstrated work experience that includes the following skills:
- Exposure to a broad range of current Microsoft technologies, and able to contribute meaningfully to technology and product decisions.
- Strong C# skills and object oriented design experience.
- Experience in database design and SQL.
- ASP.NET, WCF, WinForms, XML, HTML, CSS development experience.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM or ERP a plus.
