Beazley Partners with Xpertdoc to Launch Innovative Digital Insurance Policy

The New Digital and Interactive Policy Document Significantly Improves Customer Experience with Easy Access from a Mobile Device, Personalized and Exclusive Coverage Information, and Plain English Descriptions

Montreal, June 5, 2018 – Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in document automation and customer communications management (CCM) solutions, today announced that specialty insurer Beazley is using Xpertdoc’s document generation platform combined with its unique Smart Form technology to support their recently launched, innovative digital and fully personalized insurance policy – Beazley Weather Guard.

The Beazley Weather Guard policy is based on Xpertdoc’s Smart Form technology, which enables customer data to be swiftly input to generate a personalized insurance policy. Easily accessible from a mobile device or a computer, the resulting digital (HTML) policy document describes clearly and exclusively the coverage purchased with “tap” or “click” functionalities that interactively trigger plain English definitions of specific language. Xpertdoc also facilitates changes to the digital policy wording; modifications can be immediately incorporated to the insurance policy, ensuring that the coverage described in the document remains compliant.
