Xpertdoc Launches Smart Flows for Dynamics 365

This Low-code/No-code Solution Empowers Business Users to Create Data-driven Documents Directly Out of Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Platform

Montreal, April 25, 2018 – Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in document automation and customer communications management (CCM) solutions, today launched Xpertdoc Smart Flows for Dynamics 365, an innovative document generation and delivery solution, as part of the company’s continuing efforts to enable organizations to create better documents, faster.

Xpertdoc Smart Flows leverages the technology from XperiDo, a recent Xpertdoc acquisition, and is now part of the Xpertdoc suite of document generation solutions that make the creation, management and delivery of documents and customer communications effortless. Business users can automate their document flows from design to delivery, significantly reducing the dependence on IT.

Using Xpertdoc Smart Flows for Dynamics 365 is easy. Users set up a connector to Microsoft Dynamics 365 benefiting from secure SSO, and use Microsoft’s web or unified interface to access Xpertdoc’s intuitive document generation platform embedded within Dynamics 365. Leveraging data found in CRM, non-technical business-process owners can create and maintain document templates with the Xpertdoc Template Builder for Microsoft Word. And with Xpertdoc’s embedded Smart Flow Builder, document generation, storage and delivery processes can be visually modeled and deployed by the end-user.
